About Pacific Point Law Corporation.
Pacific Point Law Corporation was founded on a simple conviction: legal representation should not be a privilege reserved for those who can afford it, and justice should not depend on the size of a client's bank account.
We built this firm around the idea that quality legal counsel and economical legal services are not mutually exclusive. From family law and immigration matters to real estate, wills and estates, and civil disputes, we structure our practice so that individuals, families, and small businesses across Surrey, Abbotsford, and the Lower Mainland can access competent, ethical legal help without it being out of reach.

Tarun Malik.
Tarun Malik is the founder and principal lawyer of Pacific Point Law Corporation, and a practising member of the Law Society of British Columbia. He maintains a diversified practice spanning family law, immigration law, civil litigation, commercial real estate, corporate and commercial matters, criminal defence, and wills, estates, and notarial services.
Prior to establishing the firm, Tarun spent a decade working in intellectual property rights prosecution with IP firms based in the United States, experience he now brings to his Canadian practice. He founded Pacific Point Law Corporation to make sound legal advice accessible to the communities he serves, and continues to act as lawyer of record on the firm's files.

Our firm has acted on legal aid matters and has provided legal assistance in connection with women's shelters, supporting individuals navigating difficult and often vulnerable circumstances. Out of respect for client confidentiality, we do not disclose details of these matters, but this work reflects our ongoing commitment to ensuring that legal support reaches people regardless of their financial circumstances.
