Provincial Court matters for White Rock, along with the rest of Surrey, Langley, and Delta, BC, are heard at Surrey Provincial Court, 14340 57 Avenue, Surrey, BC V3X 1B2. That court handles criminal matters, family matters, small claims, traffic matters, and youth matters, with a public registry counter open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
For BC Supreme Court matters, including larger civil claims, contested family law proceedings, and probate, the nearest registry is the New Westminster Law Courts at 651 Carnarvon Street, New Westminster, BC V3M 1C9. We represent clients at both registries, depending on what a matter actually requires.
Knowing which court a matter belongs in isn't always obvious. A family law dispute over parenting time can proceed in Provincial Court, but the divorce itself and any division of property require Supreme Court. We sort out which registry applies before filing anything, so a case doesn't end up in the wrong building.

Our office is on 24 Avenue, one block east of King George Boulevard, inside a commercial plaza with on-site customer parking. King George Boulevard is the main route connecting White Rock, Crescent Beach, and Ocean Park to the rest of South Surrey, and it runs directly past our building.
From Grandview Heights, Morgan Creek, and Elgin, Highway 99 provides quick access into South Surrey and connects to King George Boulevard a short distance from our door. Wherever you're coming from in South Surrey, the drive stays short.
